"Nice place. Communication could be a lot better. This survey asks me about breakfast. Was breakfast included? Was any food included or discounted? I had to ask about being overcharged at check-in because they even failed to tell me about the deposit that would be refunded. No information whatsoever was given except my room number. Also, the room needs a clock! Minor, but impactful! Otherwise, great location for anything happening downtown."

"Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Henry was especially helpful. He checked in on me and made sure everything was perfect. The entire experience was seamless, from entry to exit, and I even received a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The downtown location was ideal and close to everything. No issues at all. I will definitely be returning."
