"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Love how there’s a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a coffee shop and even a tattoo parlor. Will definitely be staying here again!"
"The hotel had an excellent vibe from the moment we entered the underground car park, which is a real bonus for the centre of Florence.
The staff were excellent, the common areas - for food and drinks were really good....and the cocktails, so much fun.
The rooms are obviously quirky with the Welcome to Hell vibe, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was superb.
Great fun - well done to everyone at the hotel."
"This is a lovely hotel in an old palace in Florence. It has many levels (and therefore lots of stairs!) gorgeous old furniture , painted ceilings in public spaces. It's in walking distance of the train station and of the Duomo. We had a problem with the a/c in our room, but they fixed it promptly."
"The hotel is a but run down but it seems that it getting some renovation during our stay so expecting a better experience for future guest. Very convenient place. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and always with a smile. "
