Wonderful hotel - friendly & helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfasts with wide range of selection. Close to tram stop from airport. Close enough to town to walk to see the sights. Great hotel near train station. I felt safe easy walk to main attractions. Great location to get to from the airport by tram. Only draw back is the area is not very pretty but a town that was built in the 1400 who cares.

Great location. Away from the city center but we easily walked with our bags along the sidewalk for 5 minutes from S.M. Novella train station. Breakfast and dinner options were great. About 15 minute walk to city center/duomo. Highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We did have a Wi-fi outage on our last day, reason for knocking one star off.

It's only 1 year old renoveatied hotel, so it's very clean and warm room condition and very spacious bed. We stayed 3 nights and it locates near SMN station and very walkable to tourist spots.

Hotel Indigo was a great stay after a long trip to Florence! It was great that is was such a short walk from the train station. We had the most wonderful staff help us from start to our unexpected extended stay. The room was extremely clean and beautiful with a great balcony over the pool, which was also a blessing on such a hot week. To no fault of Hotel Indigo, but it is slightly removed from central area of Florence. Guaranteed if I return to Florence I will be staying here again!
