"Literally in the heart of Florence. It was a beautiful stay! Everyone in the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was by far the best part of the stay, the restaurant manager was amazing, even remembered our names the next day which was impressive. The water pressure was good. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby, you don't need a car unless if you're leaving Florence. "
