Everything about my stay was perfect. Huda, the dining room manager and her staff were so professional and kind. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating, kind, friendly, and welcoming. I think if they offered lunch and dinner I probably would have never left! The room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and perfect, and the staff, including the housekeepers were perfect. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

Thank you for our great stay here! After walking all day and being surrounded by city noise, it was truly special to be able to relax in the courtyard, have the window open and just relax. The vibe at this hotel is very peaceful. It’s easy to walk to the main sites from this location. Perfect hotel if you want something away from the tourist mobs in a quiet, uncongested location. Room was lovely and spacious, delicious breakfast, congenial and helpful staff, lovely building with historical charm complete with a courtyard and small pool. Lots of fine restaurants close by, and you're just fifteen minutes walk to the city center. No complaints whatsoever!

Great staff and location, however the room was basic and on the first night we were attacked by over 20 mosquitos so we barely slept. The next few nights were fine but the rooms aren’t very soundproof so we could hear a lot going on outside the doors… despite that though, we still had a lovely time and the helpful and nice staff truly made it, and it has some great traditional restaurants right on its doorstep. We particularly loved Volte!
