This hotel is wonderful in a beautiful treed area leading up to Piazza d' Michelangelo. Mini bar is free and Happy hour (s) occurs each night in the garden with free wine and beer and plentiful finger food. Breakfast is the best we have had in Europe!

Excellent location and staff

Great hotel in fantastic location. Driving in and out is a nightmare. The parking arrangement let’s it down. You have to pay them separately and their payment machine was not working so you then have to go to their office. The hotel didn’t want to know, it would be a better arrangement for their clients if the hotel took the charge and passed it on to the parking garage so that customers are not inconvenienced.

Excellent place to stay. A little walk out of the main city area but not to far. Breakfast were very good. Staff very friendly and obĺiging and nothing was too much trouɓle. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing experience staying here! The villa is stunning you feel like you’re living as royalty. The gardens are beautiful despite the extreme heat of Italy. Don’t miss a sunset in the gardens. We had dinner twice, both nights had lovely food and service. The Buffett breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The shuttle that takes you into town is such a good idea. A top hotel for an amazing city - we adored our stay here for two nights. Special mention to Angelo, Alice and Alessia for helping us have a great stay.

We had an amazing room overlooking the Piazza. There was some noise from the activities going on till midnight which might bother young families but as a family of four with slightly older kids we loved everything about it. It had such a great atmosphere, staff were friendly and breakfast each day was great. I definitely stay again if we're ever back in Florence.

Beautiful room decor, with the room and bathroom spotlessly clean and very comfortable and pleasing. The location was excellent, close to the train station, right on the Santa Maria Novella Piazza, and, an easy walk to almost everything. The breakfast buffet was beautiful: the staff attentiveness, the food, and the view of the Santa Maria Novella Piazza and Bascilica. nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable, modern interior. the hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious, the rooftop pool was unfortunately closed (during winter) but the views from the top are excellent.

This was a last minute booking and I didn’t have much time there due to an early morning flight. But the service was excellent, room clean and had all the amenities needed. Rooftop bar was a bonus with great views and of course an Aperativo. Would def recommend

One of the best boutique hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable. Good location to train station and all iconic attractions . We will be recommending this hotel to our friends or anyone really. Well done! Bonus was the wine and goodies offered to all guests.

The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend

This hotel was handy to everything so we were able to walk to everything in Florence. The staff were amazing , Bed was very comfortable.

It was a good hotel You have a guitar amp in your room

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Clean comfy room, beautiful ensuite and free tea/coffee, iced tea and snacks downstairs from 4pm to 8pm. There are biscuits, donuts, cakes, sandwiches, potato chips and peanuts. Then there is breakfast which was fabulous. Staff very helpful and easy to get to hotel. Best budget hotel we have stayed in. Worth 5 stars!
