The staff! The staff! The staff! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. We felt welcome and well cared for. The property itself is charming with a gorgeous roof deck which was a beautiful place to have cocktails. This is one of the closest hotels to the train station, and the staff was wonderful about checking our bags on arrival, and at departure, so we could spend more time touring Florence. Thank you Bijou for an unforgettable visit to Florence!

Next to the train station so that’s a huge plus. Access to taxi is awesome. Could be cleaner for the price but staff was super accommodating so it made up for the other things that needed improvement.

The location was perfect, easy to walk to everything in under 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby and a few minute walk from the train station. The downside were the small room for a family of five, online it did not represent how tight it was and the bathroom toliet seat was not the correct size and slid all over. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay! Just better for smaller groups.

The area where the property is at is very dirty and there were a couple homeless around, but no one messes with you and it is also conveniently close to the train station. The stuff and the breakfast was really nice and good. The room itself was good clean and spacious. My only problem was the bathroom. It has a strong humidity smell and it was not taken care of as the rest of the room. The shower had a hole outside and the sink holder has water getting to the wood so is lifting.

We recently stayed at this property and, overall, the experience was just okay. For the premium price we paid, we expected a higher level of comfort, quality, or service. While there were no major issues, nothing particularly stood out to justify the top-dollar cost. It met the basics, but didn’t exceed expectations.

Overall bad condition but nice location

The most bizarre part is that we have no idea why the city tax and all purchases had to be paid in cash only. No other hotels we've stayed at in Italy had such a cash-only policy. Also, the safe box and the hair dryer in the room did not work.

Boa localização, próximo a estação de trem, com muita opção de restaurantes, supermercados e lojas próximo. Café da manhã bem variado, e todo o atendimento gentil e atencioso. O único ponto é em relação à rua, que pode parecer um pouco deserta à noite, e requer um pouco de atenção, mas em relação ao Hotel tudo perfeito! Elevador para 3 pessoas atendeu em todos os momentos.

Fräscht kändes nyrenoverat. Nära tågstationen och gångavstånd till Duomo. Bekväm säng, fin modern inredning och badrummet var i toppskikt. Bra storlek på duschen! Enda nackdelen är att det var väldigt lyhört. Särkilt när gäster ringde på porttelefonen. Antar att det var för att de inte checkat in än och fått en nyckel.
