I’ve been to many really nice hotels, but this really takes the price. Never ever have I met so consistent perfect service from all of the staff that I’ve met. This is a true gem and a schoolbook example on how a great hotel should be run.

Excellent hotel and a highlight of my stay in Florence. It’s close to many attractions and an easy walk to restaurants. Upscale area. Room layout was the best we’ve had in Europe. Spacious with two levels and very nice beds. Will visit again!

The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean.
