Stayed there for 2 days...was much better than we expected....got what they called a double bed, but seemed more like a queen. They were asking that you don't flush toilet paper down the toilet, which was odd for us. Shower stall was very small. If you get there late you need to go across the street to a sister hotel, that should be better noted.

Very close to the main train station, and walking distance to everything. Lots of shopping, restaurants close by. The check in is a tad cumbersome if you arrive late, but otherwise it's fine. I am a budget traveler and this was perfect for me. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this little hotel and would definitely stay again.

Everything is great! This property has a great location, the staff are great and overall a great stay. The only thing we noticed is that in our room the air conditioning didn’t work. You can see the machine and turn it on but no cold air comes out. Despite this I would recommend staying here and will return next time I’m in Florence.

Terrible experience. They switched up our hotel and refused to give us a refund when we rejected it. Checked out next day asap. Not happy with their service.

Upon arrival, took us a few minutes to figure out that we had to go to a hotel across the street to get the keys. Good continental breakfast. The pillows were too high and I didn't sleep well the first night (and had neck pain the next day). However, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. She got just flat pillows, and was very understanding of my friend's dietary needs (lactose intolerant). My friend brought her own almond milk and they were very kind to heat it up for her, and they did remember the next day to ask if she need her ilk heated.

La posizione è ottima, vicina tutti i luoghi di interesse e a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Le camere sono semplici ed essenziali ma pulite e con aria condizionata. La colazione è soddisfacente, sia dolce che salata. La reception funziona solo in determinati orari ma ci si può rivolgere a quella dell'hotel di fronte. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check out. Lo consiglio a chi vuole una sistemazione dignitosa per visitare Firenze stando in centro e senza spendere una fortuna.

Primero que todo, no volvería jamás a este hotel. El ingreso al hotel se hace por un acceso en común a un edificio donde hay otro par de hoteles. El acceso al edificio estaba sucio y mal tenido. Una noche subiendo las escaleras para llegar al piso del hotel había una pareja y uno de ellos tenía una jeringa en su mano… No tiene personal en la recepción las 24 horas! Te dicen “si tiene una emergencia, llame a este número o vaya al hotel del frente…” El baño sin ventanas olía pésimo, tenia el WC suelto. La presión del agua en la ducha casi cero… El desayuno malo, con pocas alternativas y el lugar muy estrecho. Lo único bueno es la cercanía a la estación de trenes, y ni por eso volvería a este hotel.
