The rooms are modern and clean. The beds could be a bit more comfortable but the linen was fresh and clean.

We had a fantastic relaxing time, Paul & Craig are lovely host - We will definitely be back for another stay.

This property is clean that is what i care about the most.

Cabin was clean and had everything you would need plus extras. Kitchen well equipped, lounge and bed very comfortable. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. Only downside was the bathroom is very small and hard to use the sink to clean teeth plus one side of the bed is against a wall. But overall a great place to stay for a few days.

Very clean and tidy motel would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful good location

We only stayed briefly for the night, but the room was spacious, clean, great facilities and lovely view over the river. Easy to cook or heat up a meal or easy access to food just out the front. Included continental breakfast was basic but adequate. The room had beds for up to 5 comfortably. Wou,d recommend a stay here if travelling to Murwullimbah.

Great place to relax and unwind in a beautiful natural environment Highly recommend this place Great for families with the games room and pool area

Stayed in the villas which are very modern and close to the main guesthouse. Pretty much everything is supplied except for the food. They are well worth spending the extra money for accomodation. The staff are great to deal with and very helpful. The tours are run by staff that really know their stuff, informative and really interesting! With lots of stuff to do such as bird feeding, track walks and plenty of tours I would definitely want to stay there again.

Greeted at check-in, fantastic service. Very clean, was perfect for a night stay as we were travelling. Bed was super comfortable.

Such a restful place to stay. Could watch the changing tides and birdlife all day long. Apart from needing a car to do shopping and go on outings (which we managed to organise thanks to family), there was nothing else we needed.

Awesome place to stay with plenty of facilities for young and old.

Definitely lived up to its name of retreat- rooms were spacious and clean, very quiet first floor apartment. A visit to Spiced Den restaurant is a must!

The location was perfect for the occasion and workability to the beach was great and the bakery around the corner

Stunning luxury property, accommodation and fine dining. I had a stunning massage at the dayspa. Not much to do on the property but very short drive to many wonderful bush walks. We did the 5km Caves walk. It was spectacular.

Excellent stop. Clean and comfortable with lots of small touches that made our stay terrific.

Friendly caravan park, close to the river and beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Apart from children hogging the pool for hours at a time and screaming at top volume with no parental control (very offputting in terms of using the pool for me) and apart from a slow draining basin and a sticky front door lock, everything else was perfect. Lovely people, welcoming, helpful and all you need provided for you in a motel.see abive

Wonderful setting and surroundings. Park Managers are awesome and keep the park in immaculate order

Facilities: Home away from home; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Lovely room with a great view. Perfect for relaxing away from it all. Horses and chooks to watch and lovely bush. AHHHH
