"I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad"

"Such a peaceful experience. Clean and spacious rooms. Amazing baths especially the outdoor bath. Food is plentiful with a wide variety of flavours and the staff were very polite. The building is a little tired but the service makes up for it. "

The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us.
The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains."
