梅雨の晴れ間を利用して上高地を散策するために急遽予約して１泊しました。最近リニューアルされた和室はコンパクトながら快適で、食事も美味しく適量で、スタッフの心配りがうれしかった。翌日の上高地散策の間も車の駐車が無料で提供されありがたかった。また利用したい。

We really loved this hotel because it was so close to the bus station and the view outside was so beautiful. They have onsen, that we were able to relax after our full day of hiking. Japanese breakfast was good. And the staffs are so friendly.

Just fine

Overall the place was fine and probably on par with most other places in the area. Which is to say fairly old and in need of a remodel. The western style room was spacious but looked worn out with stains on the carpets. Meals were ok - great variety of kaiseki. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good with a nearby bus stop that gets you to Kamikochi in about 15 minutes.

Wonderful

A truly relaxing and indulgent time in pure Japanese comfort. We had a few changes to our plans and the hotel were so so accommodating. Will remember the lovely staff, food and onsen forever.

部屋やロビーは、改装がされていて非常に清潔でしたので満足ですが、食堂がもう少しレストランの雰囲気に近づいていたら、満足度が高かったかも知れません。（アットホームな接客は大変いいと思うのですが、大人がくつろげる、お酒を味わえる空間があると、より楽しめたと思います。）

値段相応といえばそれまでかもしれませんが、宿泊先のHP上の写真とのギャップが大きすぎるように感じました。でも実際の写真をアップしていたら予約しなかったかもしれません。観光先を考えると当然の価格設定かもしれませんね。
