スタッフの皆さんの対応が、とても素晴らしかったです。どなたに何を尋ねても嫌な顔せず、受け答えしてくださいました。 滝の湯の歴史が展示されており、興味深く拝見しました。 お風呂も食事もお部屋も大満足でした。

想像以上に良かった。

出張から帰る際、用事があってこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました。 仕事も残っていたので、お部屋にお風呂が付いている部屋がいいと思い今回のお部屋(160号)を決めました。 もう全てが想像の上をいく快適さで、ゆったりとリラックスしながら仕事も捗りましたし、フルリモートで働いているのでワーケーションにも非常に良いと感じました。 2色付きプランでもあったので、夕食に行く日本らしいビュッフェが揃い、こちらも満足。ただ朝食は寝過ごしてしまい断念。 敢えて言うなら、リラクゼーションもしくは外部からのマッサージなどがあると更にリラックスできると思いました。 都内や関西で感じるオーバーツーリズムによる民度の低い外国人も居なく、以前の日本に戻ったような感覚でした。 また近くに用事がある際は必ず利用させていただきます。

Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast.

渓流風呂が開放感があり、複雑な川の流れは他では見れない景観です。入浴中、鹿を見れたのは良い思い出となりました。夕食ビュッフェに関してメニューが豊富、味も満足できる内容でしたが、食べ終わった皿の回収が遅いのが気になり、自分で片付けました。全体的にお得感を感じられる宿泊施設ですが、バレーパーキングサービスがなく駐車場からの道が上り坂なのはマイナス点です。

朝夕とも料理の種類の多いバイキングが気に入りました。また、ホテルの名前の通り、露天風呂から滝が見えました。滝の音が聞こえる部屋から、白鷺のような鳥が針葉樹に長く泊まっているのが見え、自然を満喫。温泉への渡り廊下から、滝と川がすぐそばに見え感動でした。釣り人もいました。ただ、お部屋が多少年季が入っていることと、隣の開け締めの音が聞こえてきたことが少し残念でした。
