Incredible onsens, family friendly, fantastic food

We were passing through the area and stayed here for a night. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and very authentic for a Japanese experience. We loved it so much! Rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The baths were super clean and were well stocked with amenities. The property also has a gaming room, karaoke, spa services and a very interesting gift shop (which we enjoyed). There was very limited multi lingual staff on site, and that posed a bit of a problem for us when we arrived on the rainy evening (the traffic controller could not understand 'check in' and gazed at us blankly for a bit, before directing us to the incorrect parking). Service was, however, just fantastic otherwise - friendly and subtle.

駐車場スタッフの方は凄く親切で好印象でした。フロントで隣のお客さんには貸切り風呂や事前清算の説明をしていたのに、自分達のスタッフは説明してくれませんでした。凄く残念でした。２名でレストランに行き入り口で「左側の席をご利用下さい」のみ言われ、ビュッフェの説明ないのかぁと思いつつどこの席に座ろうか悩んでて、空いてるし広めの４名席に座ろうかなと思っていたら、スタッフの方に呼び止められ、人数を聞かれ２名も伝えると、「２名様席をご利用下さい」と... だったら最初から、入り口で「左側の２名様席をご利用下さい」と案内してくれれば良いと思った。枕元にコンセントが欲しい。貸切り風呂のトイレに蜘蛛の巣が... ご飯は美味しくて、お風呂はとっても良かったです。残念なのは、やっぱりスタッフの対応ですかね。
