"Room smelt like mould, fridge did not work, hairs and mould spots in bathroom, construction work on both sides of hotel from 7am till 10pm, booked a king bed 9 months before trip and got twin beds, washing machine malfunctioned, no refund just charged again to use other machine. Staff were friendly though"

"I had a really great stay at Pan Pacific Orchard in Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which made a big difference after a long journey. They kindly allowed us to check in much earlier than expected, which was so helpful and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The facilities were excellent. Everything felt modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One thing I really appreciated was that even after checking out, we were allowed to stay and enjoy the pool area, which made our departure feel much more relaxed rather than rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m back in Singapore and would definitely recommend it to others."
