"Room was clean easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Hotel located on great location to reach any tourist attraction. Underground station was in the same building. It’s really convenience with all shops, bars, restaurant, self service laundry is 7 minutes walk in case anyone need to get clothes quick wash. Outdoor pool is more for relax than a proper swimming. During the time I stayed was a bit busy with family and kids so I only have drinks by the pool. Another good point is I can use shower facility by the pool before I left to airport as my flight was later at night. "

"Upon check in, front desk required physical IC and do not accept digital IC. They got my reservation messed up and forced me to upgrade to their signature room with topup fee. The room does not have much amenities. Very bad experience, will not come back to this hotel again and strongly do not recommend"

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Merchant Court. It is well located near Clarke Quay & the Singapore River. The MRT is nearby. The swimming pool is great for those looking to swim or play with their kids in the water. My daughter enjoyed the gym and the sauna. Accommodation is comfortable with good airconditioning- important in Singapore -, quality beds, and this time, refurbished bathrooms. It is well priced for what it offers."

"The Fullerton is a excellent place to stay. The staff's attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the outstanding breakfast buffet make this hotel one of the most memorable places I've stayed in my travels. The staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help with any question or issue. The room service staff paid attention to every detail, keeping our room spotless and tidy. My favorite feature of the Fullerton was the breakfast buffet. I've traveled to almost 60 countries and stayed in many nice places, and this buffet is the biggest and best I've experienced. There is definitely something for everyone! I'd stay here again just for the breakfast."
