Loved my stay at Goodwood Park Hotel.

The staff restock towels and water every night.

The Shangri-La Apartments were a great choice for accomodation in Singapore. The room and ammenities were excellent. All the staff were lovely to deal with, nothing was to much for them. The location was excellent for both shopping and accessing the MRT via the internal shuttle bus service.

Lack of communication between manager and employee. guest service agent on the phone were helpless, reject everything when first ask, for example: ask if room is ready? Answer: no,at least one and half hour later. When I mentioned I saw a room was ready. He changed immediately said yes there’s a room ready….. the manger was promised sth, when I called on the phone, still got no no we don’t provide this. After I mentioned promise from manger, the answer changed to yes. ( no message put in the system??) Also bedleg was loosing it was like a teeter board. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly….. awful experience ever

Lovely looking hotel. Beautiful art. Comfortable bed. Amazing view. Large bathroom with good toiletries. However kettle was broken. Internet unstable. Did not respond initially when messaged a question, prior to our arrival, about the airport shuttle. When I messaged again I was made aware that they do not have one and advised to get a taxi. Staff appeared efficient when we were there. Our experience was improved by the kindness of the gentleman who took the time to help us with our bags and demonstrated kindness.
