Loved staying here. It was tough leaving.

Family of 5 staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my wife’s and my birthday while we were there and the staff sent us a nice card and a lovely hand made cake which was a very nice touch. The pool was fantastic as was the sauna, steam room and gym. We only had the buffet breakfast one morning. It was very good and was a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. We’re already considering returning next year.

We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean apartments stocked up with everything you will need including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, washing up soap, laundry detergent, iron, tea and coffee etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are throughly cleaned every day. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with local grocery shop, bakery, cafe, vet and ATM. Parking is available for free. The pool, gym and sauna are really nice too and easy to access. No complaints, would highly recommend!

Came in as a family of four. The 2 bedroom Suite was ideal for us in size and cleanliness. Shopping amenities were close by (Great World 10mins walk. Small grocery store and eatery in front building foyer directly below). Nice Hawker stall (Zion Riverside 10mins walk) also close by. Very central to Orchard (only one MRT stop away from closest MRT station to Fraser which is Great World). Outstanding service from all at Fraser Suites (special shout out for Balakrishnan). Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, good value for money. Would definitely recommend and reconsider on future returns to SG.

Stay was ok, room was a little run down with marks across the walls, main bedroom air-conditioner was excessively noisey when trying to sleep it gave out a high pitched noise we ended up switching it off to sleep. the soundbar turned on in the middle of the night by itself a few times and made noise waking everyone up we ended up unplugging it too, the pool tiling is damaged cutting one of my childrens feet, dishwasher had no rollers for the bottom drawer and the first night we had to stay at an alternate frasers property due to an electrical shutdown. The staff were really friendly, helpful and cleaners really good turning our room down everyday. A little bit disappointed i expected a bit more in Singapore and my first expirience booking through expedia.

My stay was excellent, the staff were super helpful, polite, and so attentive to detail. From the details in the suite to the little shopping bags and umbrellas provided to the in room coffee machines and appliances provided, my stay was seamless. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday while we were there and so Jaya, Kay Li and other staff ranged a cake and presented it to her at breakfast. She was thrilled and so were we. Nothing was too much for the staff to do. Kevin at reception was something out of the movies, so funny always saying hello and ready to help. There were 2 other guys who were always present at breakfast but I can’t recall their names… they were just so hospitable. A girl with a headscarf cleaned our room regularly and I can’t recall her name but she was also so kind, and did an excellent job. Fraser suites made my stay in Singapore very comfortable and special. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was just awesome. Thank you to every single staff we met during our stay. We couldn’t speak more highly of you all. We will be back again sometime.

The staff at check-in / out wasn’t warm and friendly and therefore the welcome / check-out felt very transactional. The housekeeping policy is pretty bad — my apartment wasn’t cleaned even once during my 4 night stay. 2 bedroom Apartments were tiny. I wouldn’t recommend this place and unlikely to go back.
