Cook Islands Family Holiday Packages

Rooms were nice and clean. Great staff. The resort was looking a little tired and in need of some maintenance but was a pleasant stay, great location

We were staying in the 3 bedroom villa it was nice but very isolated. It was a good 5 minute drive away from resort. We could use all resort facilities but for charging resort prices it was more of an air B&b and was miss leading advertising Once morning after breakfast kids wanted to just in the pool, So I went to get them resort towels and the lady behind the desk said Don’t you have towels in ur villa you meant to bring them with you when using the pool. I said well I’m not driving down the road to get 1, she ended up give them To me but said next time bring your ones that’s what they are for. I Wouldn’t stay here again I brought my concerns up to staff on arrival and I was dismissed saying that’s all the available rooms they have left. Over all all it was a nice resort staff here very welcoming and nice to our kids

Lovely location, lovely staff, services & supplies were pretty big standard, and hotel looking a bit tired. Would have been an excellent review if it was $200-400 per night range but it was more than double that so I thought value for money I’ve had much better on Raro.

Very basic amenities and toiletries. Basic service level. Overpriced. Staff are friendly.

The rooms were clean with fully air conditioning and the room service was great. We had lovely stay at the hotel The staffs were so helpful with their hospitality throughout our stay. Excellent breakfast. Thank you to the entire team. We would consider happily staying here again.
