Easily my favourite hotel in bangkok now due to the spacious room and d wonderful riverview.i hv to gv credit to d housekeeping team as well as i can say they are one of the best as d property esp d room is spick n span clean all d time..i just hope they will replace the tv wt smart tv in d future

It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers.

Great place for a family holiday. Kids 5 and 7 absolutely loved it. Went to kids club daily which got them out of the heat. Loved the slides, kids water park. The pools were hot, not refreshing. The rooms had great air con, which was needed as it was so hot. We ate outside the hotel every night, and easy to get tuk tuk, or walk. Lots around this hotel. Would highly recommend to families was young kids.

We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. Thank you so much Chatrium team!!
