Did not like anything other than the quick check in and central location.Tiny room, tiny outdated bathroom, stained carpets in the corridors, dont even bother with breakfast. It will be an ok place if you only sleep in the room.

Convenient is key to me. However, this hotel is getting old. Many of their hall ways when you step out of the elevators smell bad. Rooms are spacious. The shower heads are not flexible for females. I understand the rain forest shower heads are trendy, but not for female who doesn’t shampoos our long hair everyday. Improve on shower heads.

Great for shopping as so close to many malls. Wonderful pool - one of the largest in Singapore hotels we have stayed in and never crowded. Pacific club lounge has great views and excellent food. The only small minus are the slow lifts to higher floor rooms and Pacific club lounge.

Great location! Reasonable price for the quality. So close to shopping convenience stores, cheap restaurants, expensive restaurants. Everything is within 1 km of this property. The price in the rooftop bar was quite high and my gin and tonic didn’t taste like it had much gin in it otherwise everything was perfect.
