Great location and amenities! The customer service is awesome too, friendly and helpful staff!
Our stay at SO/ Sofitel was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble to them. The room, though not large was very comfortable with a free bar for soft drinks and bottled water, replenished daily. The location of the hotel was ideal as we were only 15 mins ...
Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on reception in the evening. The only down side was the breakfast was very expensive if it’s not already included and there is not a lot of room in hotel room fridge.
Good location, helpful staff. Breakfast was only ok, food not as good as expected.
The beautiful renovation was awesome, while still keeping a feel for the past. There was not anything we did not like, sorry.
