Room condition is considered to be comfortable and clean.
Encountered faulty TV remote control and asked for a replacement, but one of the buttons was still malfunction.
One thing needs to be improved could be the reception information provided upon check-in. It wasn’t informed to us that we have to hang the “make up room” sign if we would like our room to be cleaned, ended up we have to request for it when we found out in the evening when we were back to our room. Not all hotels have the same practice, I thought it’s basic information to be explained during check-in.
Also, the bellboy asked if we would like him to bring our luggage to the room instead of just offering to bring it for us. My husband was shocked and just responded it’s fine, and the bellboy left us with our own. We have a toddler with us and a stroller, other than the luggage. Ended up, one of the cleaner uncle helped to push our luggage to our doorstep.
Quite disappointed to experience such service at the airport hotel.
