Absolutely wonderful staff. Daughter had a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help us get her to the hospital and then to make her feel comfortable after the hospital they decorated the room and gave her presents. It was so amazing of them.

Lovely hotel & lovely staff. As a family we would not have stayed longer than one/two nights. The room was sufficient for a night as a family but there was little space to put anything (due to two double beds) or hang anything up (towels). There wasn't even anywhere to put your hand towel as the sink was in the main bedroom area. However, the staff were great, very helpful, lovely breakfast and brilliant location. Pool was really nice, a little tired in places. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, clean rooms, albeit on the small side, especially the bathroom. It meant the floor was wet if you use the toilet after a shower. Also, the shower head faced either the wall or the door, so we had to engineer a way to have it placed overhead with a little manoeuvring of the hose. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. All in all, was not a bad experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a great location in Chinatown. Train station tunnel underneath. Pool was perfect temperature not cold like other hotels. Great view. The only negative was the shower which needed better cleaning. Mould in the corners. Otherwise room spotless.

Good location, next to China town, however tiny rooms, no hot water in the shower and breakfast buffet only started at 6.30 am. There was a queue of people waiting so obviously there is demand. Did not have chance to use pool.

A great hotel! Central location with main locations within a 15 minute walk or the metro minutes away. Very clean, bathroom but small but a quiet hotel with great amenities. The only issue we had was with the hotness of the shower but once the staff were informed they tried to rectify the issue and were very helpful. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were within walking distance of so many beautiful parts of the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is worth it, so glad we added that to our stay.

The room was clean and spacious. There was a bit of a mix around with the room situation, but was resolved quite well. The hotel is located right between two MRTs and nearby two local food markets. My only complaint is the bathroom is small and plumbing is quite loud.

Hotel is situated in a perfect location close to many mrt stations and within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. Staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. Rooms are on the smaller size but it is somewhat to be expected in singapore. Bathroom is quite compact with parts looking quite worn.
