Great place to stay and budget friendly

Hotel facilities and comfort far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Room was cleaned daily. Thank you Jessica from the front desk for the assistance while checking in and throughout our stay.

The rooms are clean and air conditioning is working well. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms size is Singapore standard, but you're going there to explore the island, right? ;) The hotel is located in a more residential area, but very well connected with frequent and fast public transportation. Good and very affordable food can be found around it.

A great stay

As always we had a pleasant stay. Great staffs especially Jessica and Gracean ( I hope I got his name correctly spelt ) Patdon me if I didn’t. The hotel is so conveniently located as this time around we only took the busses and MRT to move around. Applaud the Singapore government for the efficient public transportation system.

Bus stop right next door. A lot of food / restaurant walking distance. Staff very friendly. Asked something from front desk, be my door less than 2 minutes. Small but convenient. Thinking about the overall Singapore hotel price, this worth it.

The room and bathroom were super tiny but clean. Check-in was quite fast, but I was required to manually submit all the passport scans through a third-party system (Trevo), which I didn’t like. A quick check revealed that many hotels in Singapore are using the same system. The main issue with 2-3 star hotels is that soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. So, if you’re young and drunk enough to fall asleep easily, you’ll be fine. But if you’re older or a light sleeper or travelling with kids, this hotel is not for you (as most of the 2-3 star hotels)

For a budget hotel, I gave it 5 Stars: It’s conveniently located right next to a bus stop. Plenty of eateries nearby & neighborhood shopping malls within a short walk away. Manager, Jessica, was friendly along with their other staff members. The only unpleasant experience was that my white T-shirt went missing even though it was placed atop my luggage away from the other linens. Likely that the room service lady mistakenly took it as one of their linens for cleaning. During check out, this was reported to the manager and she had submitted an email to their laundry service in hopes that they will find it and have it return back to the hotel within a few days time. After all, i’ll still be in Singapore for a few more days at another location and therefore, I can go back to the hotel for my missing T-shirt if found. Time will tell & keeping my fingers crossed.

There are so many great things about this hotel! 1. Convenient location with easy access to public transport (bus and MRT), F&B, and others (there are 2 small shopping malls opposite). 2. Room size was bigger than I expected. 3. Clean room and linens. And the main highlight of my stay, was their front desk staff named Jessica! She has made my stay truly warm and inviting, and is so helpful as she wrote down how to get to my destinations, recommended places to eat and go to that are near the hotel and my destinations, and so much more!! If there are any improvements, I would only say the hot water that is not so consistent throughout the usage, and for some reason there is always the small water bugs that are present in the bathroom (but very little like one or two). Not sure why the bugs are present cause the bathroom is clean and there is no smell whatsoever. Overall, definitely coming back here and highly recommended for short and long stays!!
