We had a marvelous experience during our stay. My younger son’s birthday happened to be around the time of our stay, so the staff surprised us with a birthday cake and a wonderful birthday message. We were truly touched by their thoughtful gesture. We would love to stay at Four Seasons again in the future.

Lovely hotel that is easy walking distance to the major shopping malls along Orchard Road. The food in the Club Lounge was excellent. The gym was by far the best in any hotel that I have stayed in. There are 2 pools one for families with children and the other an adult pool although the hotel unfortunately, seems to allow children access to the adult pool. I did not rate the hotel 5 stars as the room we were in was not sound proof- we could hear people waiting for the lifts (our room was close to the lifts), children running down the corridors and a couple next room having some intimate time together.

The entire staff from arrival to departure were amazing. Bell men to front desk to the concierge staff were 5 star. Spa Massages with Pauline, Wendy and Zu were fabulous that we scheduled another treatment the next day with these ladies. Room accommodations to include the dining in room service were great.
