We stayed at mi amor for our honeymoon and it could not have been a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff are incredible friendly and attentive. The views and facilities (personal outdoor spa and also infinity pool) are first class. The directors of the hotel met us upon arrival with a glass of prosecco and made us feel very welcome! My wife and I had a fantastic two night stay at Alaya. The resort is very conveniently located, with most rooms facing the beach. The staff, particularly Moritz, head of guest services, were exceedingly helpful, nothing being a problem. My recommendation would be to spend a little bit more money and get one of the Ocean front villas, as the Gardenview villas get a bit of noise from the street. Otherwise would highly recommend to anyone.

This was a really nice tranquil part of our time in Mexico. We found no need to leave Hacienda Wakax for the four days we were there. The activities and dining was all we wanted. In particular the hours spent in and around the Cenotes was great. Totally recommend this resort.

Our time at Hotel Tiki Tiki was an absolute dream! From the first moment, prior to our arrival, the staff were extremely helpful and always quick to respond. When we got to the hotel we were totally overjoyed, it was somehow even more beautiful in real life - the photos don't do this place full justice. We are so pleased we listened to the reviews for this property and decided to book here last minute. We were so happy with our 4-night stay at Una Vida. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was impressive for the price (especially compared to similarly priced but far less attractive hotels in the area), the room amenities and cleanliness were faultless, the location was brilliant as we felt super secluded and safe with easy walking proximity to Tulum's main centre.
