The staff at Haven are amazing. Colunga the bartender at sunrise bar was fantastic and provided excellent service. Ernesto at the same bar was also so helpful and continuously brought drinks around to us. Chef Santos had gone out of his way to prep a fresh meal for us when we asked about something that wasn’t on the menu. Overall this property is so clean and the service is unbelievable. The main pool was fun and was warmer than other properties we’ve stayed at which was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend staying here and plan to go back next time in Cancun.

Property was amazing, staff were wonderful, and the food was better than expected. Only gripe we had was the AC in our room was not working properly. We requested maintenance to come and take a look and they trouble-shooted the issue with no solution. The room continued to be hot and humid throughout the stay. Other than that issue, the GR Solaris Caribe was a hit with us. The App was fairly good just needed a few tweaks.
