"Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!"

"Our family of 15 stayed at this villa for a family reunion, and it was an incredible experience. The property is exactly as pictured—beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The villa was cleaned daily, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week together.The true highlight was Maribel and the villa staff. They were outstanding, warm, attentive, hardworking, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Managing a group of 15 is no small feat, but they did it with kindness and professionalism. Having several family members who spoke Spanish made communication even easier.Our only suggestion is improving communication before arrival. While payments were handled promptly, responses to planning questions were often slow. Since we planned to cook many of our meals, we would have appreciated more timely information about the kitchen, appliances, and what to bring.A couple of helpful notes for future guests: the upstairs rooms are accessed from the outside, not through the main house, and if you're cooking for a large group, the refrigerator is smaller than expected. A beverage refrigerator near the bar would be a great addition.The nearby cenote was an unexpected gem, and despite visiting during seaweed season, we planned accordingly and had an amazing vacation. We highly recommend this villa for large families and groups. The beautiful home, amazing staff, and unforgettable setting made this a trip our family will treasure for years to come."

"The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. Beach is nice but bring water shoes if you want to go into the water. Ocean water was beautifully warm and clear. Would recommend in a year or so when the construction is done. You are pretty isolated though so without a car it is going to be 550 pesos in a cab each way into town minimum. "
