"Everything about the property was absolutely stunning. Enrique and his wife took exceptional care of the cleanliness, ensuring it was spotless around the clock. The breathtaking sunset views from the beach, coupled with the snorkeling, canoeing, and paddleboarding equipment, made for an unforgettable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the property, which was perfect for a girls’ trip. To enhance our stay, we hired a chef for five out of the six days and a driver. Wi-Fi also fast and reliable. Thank you, we’ll be back."

"Our experience at Dreams Resort Tulum was extremely disappointing. At checkout, the resort added a $200 charge for what they claimed were “bodily fluids” on the sheets, when in reality, it was simply makeup. When we questioned the charge, we were threatened with involving the authorities if we didn’t pay. We were traveling with a large group, and several of us were hit with the same $200 fee for various questionable reasons, which felt unfair and excessive. To make matters worse, from the very first day, we received early morning calls (as early as 8:00 AM) pressuring us to attend a timeshare presentation. The constant sales pitches followed us throughout the resort and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning."

"Unfortunately I cannot say the value of this place is accurate. The view is fantastic and restaurant staff were great, however I did not feel super safe/comfortable. My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip. The shower wasn’t clean and the design with wooden floor was smelly. This place could be great with a lot of maintenance and rethinking some original design choices to make clean and more accessible. "

"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. The beach was clean and well maintained. Given that it was seaweed season, there was an employee raking and clearing it every morning and going over the sand with a rake after he was done with the seaweed. It was the only hotel where this was done daily. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, pleasant and helpful, we will miss our daily morning Spanish lesson while having breakfast 😊 Now beware, Tulum is expensive, eating out is not cheap and taxi will cost 💲 but all and all we had had a great and enjoyable time."

"If you are looking for 5 star excellence, this is it! We were gathered from far and wide to celebrate my 70th birthday. The attention to detail and to making sure we had everything we needed as a family for our comfort and enjoyment was second to none. And I can only rave about the food which was absolutely first class. Everything was perfect, thanks in no small part to the house manager and chef. Comfortable beds, great views and access to beach. Great location for activities such as visiting the cenotes, and swimming with the turtles. Thank you! A special place for a special occasion! "
