"Pre-Paid with Hotels.com but the hotel charged me twice by mistake. Concierge Christian Navakr did not respond to my request for a re-fund and did not provide a receipt. Make sure if you pre-pay that the frond desk do not charge you twice. "
"No staff for asking for any help, bathroom fixtures for falling apart and dirty. Shower had no hot water and tub had cracks. Stay away from this place, a lot of better options around that place. This if my first time visiting tulum and my friend stayed at another place for similar price, way way better. Ratings were misleading, don't know what to trust anymore."
"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."
"I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...
