"The rooms were cleaned daily and done well. Staff were helpful with any questions. Pools were great."

"The resort was beautiful, the rooms could have been a little cleaner/maintained especially in the shower area. Private pool was not functioning properly but still was able to use. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Patricia in villa (63). The golf cart transportation was always readily available and the resort had a lot of great fun activities, like macrame, archery, rifle shooting…etc. The food could be better, especially the quality of the steak at el gaucho."

"The entire experience at the resort was absolutely incredible. The property itself is breathtakingly beautiful, meticulously maintained, and truly feels like paradise from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights of our stay was the snorkeling. It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay special.
