"Great hotel"

"Pretty location. The initial room I booked was a double bed with a tower view. I paid for an upgraded room with a view and needed up getting a twin bed with no view- I could only see the side of the building and a little bit of water. Room was comfortable enough, AC didn’t work but I just kept the window open and it was fine. "

"A well located hotel, with really helpful teams of people working there. My room was very dark, the lighting wasn't very bright so I struggled to work, put on make up etc"

"Clean room but for the money and for what it is - don't set your expectations high! The room does have all you need for a night's stay - but no more, and it would be pretty unbearable with two people. The finishings look very cheap - but having said all of that, it was clean and there were some clever designs to get everything you need into a small space. "

"The elevator was out of service for multiple days during our stay. We had to walk up six flights of stairs several times after already walking several miles around the city. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."

"Stating that the hotel’s location is good is a MASSIVE understatement!! This is the best location for a trip to central London! We walked everywhere and saw so much in 3 days. I would highly recommend this hotel! The pubs nearby (Blue Boar and The Sanctuary) had excellent dinner choices! I cannot say enough great things about our stay. "
