"The property was in a great location and within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do (Eaton Center, Younge street, etc). The only negative was that the beds were terrible! No support at all and when lying in bed we both sank to the middle of the bed! Be prepared if you want to eat breakfast there it is a $35 fee per person for the buffet if you purchase at the check in desk ($40 otherwise). We just grabbed something to take to our room from one of the neighboring pastry shops. They also have a little chocolate shop there that sells not only sweets but also a few varieties of grab and go sandwiches, coffees, etc Safe neighborhood. Good for couples and/or families."

"Overpriced for sure!! The gym facility was very small. Also, they cap the number of complimentary breakfast you receive with the number of guests and nights. Didn’t have enough glassware or coffee. Ish convenient for downtown but don’t think I’ll stay again."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel and find the staff very kind and helpful. But I do have one issue and that is with the pillows. It would be very helpful to have two styles on each bed - a thick pillow and a thin pillow. Having a proper, thinner pillow would have been appreciated."
