"My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute staycation in Niagara Falls and chose Victoria Hotel and Suites, one of our longtime favourites. We booked through Expedia and had no issues with the reservation. Check-in was smooth, and William at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, well organized, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Great amenities, including a pool, and an excellent location near Clifton Hill and the Falls.
