Resorts World is the best hotel on the strip! The casino was so fun, the restaurants were affordable and had tasty food. And there were mocktails everywhere. Will def stay here again!

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

I have stayed at this resort once to twice a year since 2014. First time booking through Jet Luxury, and while almost everything was as usual one thing that I did not like and was a turn off was that all housekeeping needs were not met. The front desk and building house keepers do not assist. You need to get a hold of the company, which is nearly impossible because they run weird bankers hours and even at that you need to specify what needs to be done. I was there for four nights and they never changed the sheets even though I asked, I only got fresh towels twice and the other three times I was bringing towels from pool. They don’t empty the trash at all unless you specify that. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this host anymore.

The hotel is in a perfect area for times square commute however the amenities weren't as helpful. The fact that every time we needed ice, we had to go to the grab and go shop but they limited us to 1 cup of ice each time. I understand that they are the only spot that provides ice for their shop and the hotel so they have to limit supply, but it was extremely hot during my stay and ice was a must!! Other than that, everything else was ok. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked out well for my husband and I.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

Excellent food selections at restaurants and bars. Great pool! No end need to leave resort.

My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!

Always stay here however even though the rooms are non smoking its allowed on the balconies and the smoke goes into the rooms and hallways

My husband was there for business and seemed to enjoy the amenities and loved the cleanliness and modern setup of the room.
