"Very expensive for what you get, but it also comes with the area. Hotel was good, shower was the highlight, strong water pressure. Pool was closed as it was out of season.
Parking was ok even though one side was unpaved.
The breakfast could have been better but was good enough.
I think the best value for this hotel is if you play golf as well. We stayed here because it was close to Puy du Fou Espana, it was very convenient for that, we were able to get back to the hotel before the night show for...

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. I took line 10 metro and 15/20 minutes later I was in front of the stadium!
Aside from that, it’s right next to the start of Gran Via, which is full of shops, restaurants and bars.
The hotel itself is super clean, well maintained facilities, the rooms are nicely decorated, the staff are very helpful and...

The staff were very polite and spoke English too which was a bonus, as we needed to arrange an international interview while there. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and helped us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived. Perfect location. 50 meters from the Plaza Mayor. We wished that we'd booked more nights here!
One disappointing thing was the restaurant that is "connected" to the hotel by name, but is located in the main square. The service was poor, location was good, the food...
