I had a one night stay but the staff was very accommodating even when I arrived early. The hotel was clean and had many amenities! I loved it was very close to the Metro and was able to hop on and head to Puerta del Sol with no problem.

The property is phenomenal, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful. This property is a little far from things, but all ride share services come to the property. The property also has a shuttle for the airport. I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. Close to the airport, train station, and a grocery right next door. The staff were quite helpful and spoke very fluent English! The bed was comfortable, and everything in the room was as it should be. The only regret I have is not having time to enjoy the pool. The area was beautiful, and looked so relaxing!

Really delightful stay overall and I would recommend it, especially for its proximity to the airport and nearby grocery store for essentials. Its onsite restaurant leaves a lot to be desired in terms of food quality and service, but it seemed that they may have been understaffed for the night we were there. Overall, the amenities were fantastic and we enjoyed our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at hotel Madrid 101. As an avid gym goer, the gym was amazing and I really enjoyed the pool area. Also my room was super cozy with great AC and the bathroom was really nice! I wasn’t able to try the food, but it looked good when I would pass by the kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to coming back when I’m in Madrid!

The property was spotless and very modern. Staff were very helpful except for on arrival the staff member just gave me the key and did not explain anything else. I heard another staff member explaining to another couple about the amenities in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and food available all day, Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again!

Hotel ideal for a stopover for the airport. They run a free shuttle bus for the airport & its a 3 minute walk to the metro. The hotel is modern, clean & a has a lovely pool area. Free water bottles in the corridor & nice complimentaries in the room.
