Hotel is located in front of a bus stop and subway station. Bus route 001 is a free route that can take you to main tourist attractions and shops. Hotel rooms are a bit small but staff friendliness and service makes up for it There are several good restaurants and bars at walking distance

Nice sized bright room with a decent sized clean bathroom with nice quality toiletries. Very convenient for Moncloa station which provides easy access to Madrid Centro. Felt like a nice safe neighbourhood with nice local bars and restaurants accessible nearby.

A very good hotel in the city centre.

I took part in a scientific conference on Gastronomy. A very good conference with great diversity. - Breakfast in the hotel was for me too much sweet cakes. I asked for a newly boiled egg - the eggs served were ice-cold, and hard boiled. But they did not understand me although I asked several times.

The location of the hotel is good and good access to the metro and bus. The staff were courteous. The issue I had with the hotel was that my key/card access kept malfunctioning 2 days in a row and each time I had to go up to the reception in short one time I went down the lift 3 times after getting to my room and couldn’t open the door. Not a good experience for a 4star hotel.

A bit rundown & the facility needs more care. Spa was out of order which it was the mail reason I booked this hotel. Location is not bad but 20/30 min walk to all attractions. No caffee maker or elec kettle in the room which was very inconvenient. Few nice restaurants close by but better restaurants are within 20 min walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking compare to other hotels was high ($20 per night).
