Especially José and the entire staff were extremely helpful; their friendly attitude and solution-oriented approach made us feel very comfortable. The rooms and common areas were very clean, with daily housekeeping, and we had no issues with noise. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. The restaurants were very good, with great service, and the view from the top floor is wonderful. Transportation to the old quarter and Sagrada Familia is easy and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel."
