"We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The owner’s communication was excellent – they were incredibly helpful when we had trouble finding the place and provided tons of useful local tips that made our trip even better. The apartment is about a 12-minute bus or car ride from downtown, located in family-friendly neighborhood. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it a comfortable home base for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"Nice place, comfortable for 4 adults. Great location, we walked everywhere. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fine. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the tea that was provided. I would definitely recommend it. It is next door to the leasing office which has luggage storage and would have been convenient to use on our check out day, but they didn't open when they said they were going to and we had to change our plans for the day. We worked it out but I would just say if you want to store...

"Property is very well located. Apartement is perfect and complete. Everything is there to make your stay very pleasant."

"Great flat, good size, well appointed. Comfy beds and very clean throughout. The bathroom needs a little TLC (shower handles broken, water not draining) and 1 small towel per person is a little tight. But overall great stay. The reason for the mark down is due to the street noise. There are a couple of bars around and the windows don't block any noise,which made for pretty poor sleep. The noise coming from the street was so loud it just felt like the windows were open. "
