It was a great hotel in a great location. Only issue was the heat in the room was too high and it wasn't obvious how it might be lowered. Other than that great!!

Outstanding bustling central location but quiet and tranquil inside. Intimate peaceful ambiance. Beautiful classical decor and outstandingly clean everywhere, with marble style floors throughout. Helpful, professional and welcoming staff. Bedrooms and bathrooms fabulous, with every possible convenience and personal touch. We have never stayed in better bedrooms and the cleanliness was impeccable. Only down side was lack of beverages and snack facilities. Breakfast available and was very nice but only other food was pre-packed style snacks in the lounge between late afternoon and late evening. No tea/coffee in rooms and only available in lounge as per snacks. No bar, although hostess service in lounge for a small range of alcoholic and hot drinks and the hostess is such a wonderful asset to the team. If you can work around the food/drink issue, this hotel is absolutely outstanding and a real gem.
