Staff was very nice and helpful and greeted us every time. Bed was too squeaky. Location was great in Chinatown area. Many Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and Anime figure / manga shops. Lots of breakfast places and Spanish food in the area. Bus and metro nearby.

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

Too expensive for the type of room offered. Toilet paper and towels were very very limited. We had to ask for toilet paper on daily basis. One tiny roll was given for 3 persons in a room. Staff made the difference during our stay.

The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

Terrible experience. I would want my money back.

Wifi didn't work. Hot water tank only good for one shower then you have to wait for the water to get warmed up before the second person can take a shower. Suite had no view to the outside world; It felt like a prison. Had to climb 5 or 6 steps to get to the reception before reaching the elevator which was a huge anomaly for some having a kid with a stroller. No onsite restaurant. No laundry service. Customer service was fair.
