Definitely recommended. Walking distance from Oracle Park and lots of restaurants. Super clean and friendly staff.
Staff were very courteous. View from upper floors was great! Only negative was the ice room was pretty dirty.
Great location and the rooms with a view are really worth it. Staff were very lovely and accommodating. They found out it was our honeymoon and sent a bottle of champagne and treats up to the room. A bit of a hidden gem. Not a huge hotel which is a nice touch.
I had the place almost all to myself right before the Palace's tragic COVID shutdown. It was a bittersweet experience. The staff was incredibly helpful.
Good location. New hotel but when we were staying it was under renovation. Beautiful lobby area. No swimming pool as advertised, this is no longer there. No room service either.
We enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness. We also liked the hospitality. Just wish the restaurant and bar could have been open. But overall we would recommend itvto our friends
