"In general hotel is good. Internet is good, and the hotel staff are friendly. But the hotel is dated. Bottom line is money talks. You get what you pay for."

"Our original room was the size of a closet. Didn't know about minimalist hotel rooms, not common in usa. It was what I paid for. Had trouble at vending machine and hotel employee helped. Told him about room. He immediately moved us to a different room for no extra cost. New room had a smart tv and a little extra room, no chair though. We are talking about going back to see what we missed and will definitely be staying at the drey. Its close to food, store, and underground station."

"We 90% of the time when we stay in London stay here. Great location for all venues either the near by Tube station, bus routes always get a cab or even better you can walk through Kensington gardens and Hyde park and get to Marble Arch in 30-35 minutes Hotel is what you would expect from the price you pay it’s not premier inn so expect clean, quality and able to talk to staff etc The only downside is at breakfast the staff are slow , seem to be wandering and don’t expect quick service but it’s clean great view of the park and the food is very good"

"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."

"Funky room but not functional, too small and dark in bathroom even with the lights on. Otherwise ,a good convenient hotel."
