"Gulia & Guissepe were so friendly and accommodating during our check in and stay. Great hidden gem as the property asked all to keep silence; great to have a quiet sanctuary away from the hubbub of city life! Nice view from our #5."
"I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel had an excellent vibe from the moment we entered the underground car park, which is a real bonus for the centre of Florence.
The staff were excellent, the common areas - for food and drinks were really good....and the cocktails, so much fun.
The rooms are obviously quirky with the Welcome to Hell vibe, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was superb.
Great fun - well done to everyone at the hotel."
"Although there is no parking place nearby, it won’t affect the entire staying, and the stuff will help to valet, just need to wait for 20-30 minutes. Super large room, very clean, soft towel, convenient location, very good breakfast. Highly recommended!!!"
