Awesome Stay!

Location is excellent: less than five minute walk to Punta Vecchio. Directly adjacent to the Arno river. Walk across the river and you are on your way to Michelangelo Plaza for insane views of il duomo

Good location and helpful staff. However the room was below average and was not reflective of the photos online. The room was dark and claustrophobic, smelled of sewage, walls were marked/dirty, baseboards chipped and much of the furniture was scratched/damaged in some way. The room felt more similar to a cruise-ship. This hotel has a lot of potential and was probably nice 15 years ago. Would benefit greatly from being refurbished.

Was in a convenient location. Room itself was okay- had a very bad sewage smell when first walking into the room. Notified the staff and unfortunately did not improve. Breakfast was okay, included in our stay

Excellent hotel, staff, cleanliness, and LOCATION. Breakfast included was amazing, definitely worth it to try even if not included in the booking. Room was modern and well lit. Hotel has a small rooftop with beautiful view of the river.

Awesome breakfast buffet and the staff were very helpful. The room we had was very nice, except that the internet would not work. They moved us to another room the second night but it was not nearly as nice as the original room we booked. Very convenient location and y9u were within walling distance to all the attractions and shopping.

Luxury and convenience

Hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. Staff gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants. Rain shower was relaxing and much needed for cooling down after a hot Italian day of sightseeing. Our breakfast was also included as part of our stay. It was the perfect start to our day. Walking distance to all the major sites we had on our agenda. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
