St. Regis properties never disappoint. The staff were phenomenal as always. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day).

Nyss komna från det vackra och lungingivande Florens, med stadens syre ännu i våra lungor, vill vi tacka av hela vårt hjärta personalen på hotellet St. Regis för ett mycket varmt välkomnande, för en fridfull och glädjefylld vistelse i en glamorös och hemtrevlig atmosfär. Vi firade min frus 60 åriga jubileum och blev oväntat erbjudna en generös uppgradering med utsikt mot Arno och massor med bekvämligheter, som vi njöt av till fullo… Det är faktiskt svårt att särskilja bland personalen ty onekligen alla gjorde sitt allra bästa – concierger, piccolos, receptionsfolk, rumservice, samt naturligtvis köket och frukostservitörer. Men ändå är vi tvungna att speciellt uppmärksamma Gabriella, butler som såg till att alla våra förväntningar överträffades, hon gjorde skillnaden. Om vi i framtiden har vägarna förbi Florens -och det tänker vi ha - var tror ni vi tar in då?! Med varma hälsningar till hela teamet på St. Regis Hotel, Florens, Irina & Alexis

Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

Amazing Birthday Stay

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do.
