"I have been staying at the Grand Vista for about ten years and its changed owners several times. The new owner has made some excellent updates to the property. My room was immaculate. I have never seen a hotel this clean. Not a scratch or spec of dust. Free breakfast was a plus. Although the coffee on the weekend was awful compared to during the week. My only criticism is the check in and check out process. When I checked in, I was told to provide a $100 deposit on my card. But when I checked put and asked for the refund, I was told it wouldn't be released for several days because it was a hold and not a deposit. The cler became defensive when I questioned the discrepancy"
