"We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence. "

"This isn't a standard hotel but a B&B with several rooms on a floor in a secure building on the second floor (you will have to walk up). We had a room with a private bathroom (good water pressure) accessible outside of room but that was fine (I think our room was the only one with bathroom outside of room). The staff was lovely and the room itself though small was very clean and comfortable and central to everything in Florence. They gave us coupons for breakfast at a restaurant next door and the food was good. We would stay there again."
