"Wonderful customer service by all staff but Giuseppe was exceptionally helpful. He made our stay enjoyable and stress free. He was naturally intuitive to our needs and quick to assist. The room was absolutely stunning. I believe we stayed in the Florence Suite. It was probably our favourite hotel in all of Italy. The location was perfect. Just on the outskirts of the crowds. Easy to drive to and park while being close enough to the main attractions. We definitely recommend."

"Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in in Florence and we’ve been 6 times. Very chic Italian boutique hotel, lovely breakfast in the morning. Rooms were designed beautifully and clean with turn down service every day (we were in the junior suite). Had a little welcome drink and snacks when we arrived which I always appreciate. There is a little walk into the main area of Florence but it’s in a really lovely part of the city with a park nearby so it’s absolutely fine. Plus bus stops nearby too. We wanted to stay longer! We will be back next year for sure."

"Exactly what we needed. Close to Campo Di Marte train station and has 24 hour check in/reception. We got in late on our train and they were super helpful in directing us to a restaurant that was still open. The space is very clean and historic in feel. Free breakfast every morning was great and a lot of food options that were delicious. No complaints at all. Just be aware that this is not located very close to the more touristy parts of Florence down by Ponte de Vecchio/Uffizi."
