We had a very dangerous situation occur at this property. The shower door in 1 of the 4 rooms we booked completely shattered and caused multiple deep cuts to my husbands hands, arms, head and feet. It caused a significant amount of bleeding and we had to obtain the first aid kit from the lobby to stop the bleeding. We immediately contacted Numa through the chat as no one is on site to help. They advised to use the first aid kit and asked if we needed med assistance. We did not as we were able to stop most of the heavy bleeding after approx 20 min. What we needed help with was moving to another room as this bathroom was unsafe to use due to all the glass everywhere. We cleaned as much as possible and asked for another room. After some time we were advised there were no rooms avail but we could move to another Numa location away from our family and friends I asked if someone could help us clean the glass but again advised no one is avail to do this as everyone is offsite. We ended up staying the night using another room that 1 of our friends were so kind to give up for us. They moved offsite. We were extremely disappointed in the service, aftercare and total lack of help we received. There was no follow up to check on him after we left the next morning. We are still waiting to hear back from Numa. I would not recommend staying here due to dangerous condition. There is no reason for a shower door to shatter if you open and close it responsibly. We were not being irresponsible.
