It is very convenient to walk to city center and staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to help you during stay. I will definitely stay here if I visit Florence again.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had room #6 which had a small balcony and a great view of the church. Breakfast was provided at one of two locations, your choice (we ate at both, great staff and quick food to get the morning going).

Fantastic central property...with a gorgeous uninterrupted view of the Duomo to one side of the window. Great to step outside onto the street and be so close to everything. Lovely owner, Luisa. Friendly and helpful. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe and looked after. Would recommend!

Nice staff, clean room. Location second to none. Wifi. Free fizzy water at reception. I could look out my window and see il Duomo. For breakfast I went to the Museum Cafe, a 2 minute walk from the B&B to the piazza. Breakfast was great. Ask for the FRESH orange juice. Loved it.

This isn't a standard hotel but a B&B with several rooms on a floor in a secure building on the second floor (you will have to walk up). We had a room with a private bathroom (good water pressure) accessible outside of room but that was fine (I think our room was the only one with bathroom outside of room). The staff was lovely and the room itself though small was very clean and comfortable and central to everything in Florence. They gave us coupons for breakfast at a restaurant next door and the food was good. We would stay there again.

Luisa was a great help throughout my stay. She made my stay memorable by telling me what was available to see and do including dinner recommendations. She helped me know that my train was certain to go in spite of the strike. My room was quaint and comfortable. The location was ideal, and the only downside is the people who party late and kept me awake, but this is true of any big city.

This was the perfect location in Florence. The Duomo was literally outside my window. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was welcoming. If I ever get the opportunity to return to Florence I will stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay with a stunning view of the Duomo and Bell Tower from your window. Luisa and the other staff were all great and it felt very safe with multiple security features. the rooms are extremely clean and well appointed, and I love the design choices. Overall excellent and a great price too.
