"Hotel is in a great location, nearby to tourist hotspots and great subway links. Although I read that the room would be outdated regarding the interior from other reviews, I did not see this as a problem at all as this is where we would be sleeping and would be preoccupied throughout the day. However, after the first night, my partner and I had a massive reaction on our body and face. Having thought it could be the linen or the condition of the room I requested the reception to send someone up to the room and change the linen whilst they cleaned our room because we were certain it was due to this. As we came back from walking around the city, and taking the reassurance of the front house we came to our room not cleaned and the linen not changed which left me absolutely disappointed. After a long day of walking around, having stepped into the shower to realise our water stopped flowing. "

"My wife and I enjoyed a night we spent together in the Highbridge Hotel. Clean environment, clean room, and great staff. It’s a great place and location to spend days with your family. "

"Spacious, comfortable room with wraparound views of Broadway! Super soundproofing - almost no street noise. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, especially Sean and Maria at the front desk! Breakfast vouchers for the bakery/cafe next door were plentiful, though the lines were long. Ideal location for exploring the Upper West Side, with a subway stop just two blocks away. A hidden gem!!"

"I have stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn. I will never return. I booked this hotel as I am a big fan of Hilton hotels. Their service is always flawless, great breakfast and wonderful amenities. When I booked this hotel , I thought I knew what to expect. I needed a nice hotel to recover during the day from an eye surgery in the am. Fast forward, hotel is in a major renovation , which is causing significant noise during daytime , and construction workers in and out . One of the 2 elevators is prepped for workers going up and down. The breakfast was not served but instead paperbacks were stacked on a small desk in their small lobby . Ready for pick up by guests . The bags were filled with cheap, pre-packaged breakfast items like muffins, cookies , apple sauce . The highlight were prepacked slices of apple. And this morning, no warm water in the shower !!! They should close and do their renovation instead of ruining the image of a hilton hotel. "
